Home care and residential care services

At Lifeline Homecare we are registered to care for clients with a variety of needs, in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. We provide domiciliary care and services to:

  • Adults and children with learning and/or physical disabilities
  • Adults with mental health needs
  • Adults and children with terminal illness, needing end of life care
  • Family and voluntary carers, enabling them to take a break from caring commitments
  • Adults who have had a head injury
  • Adults with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's, MS, other long term illness or condition; or who have had a stroke
  • Adults needing convalescent care, or who have been discharged from hospital
  • Many other unique caring situations

We recognise the individuality of each of our clients and the varying levels of support and care they require. We also understand that over time this may change, and so maintain personal, professional relationships with our clients and their families to ensure we deliver the very best home care.
