We are a family-run provider of friendly, professional and personalised care in the home.

Based in the South West of England we work with clients of all ages and are committed to providing high quality services and making a positive difference to the lives of you and your family. Whether just looking for help with routine shopping or housework or considering the option of having daily assistance in your home, we can help. For convalescent care and for longer term care support we offer a full range of services.


Social Services and Direct Payments

Lifeline homecare provides care for private individuals, clients referred by social services and those with Direct Payments. We offer end of life care and specialist care to clients with dementia, MS, Parkinsons and clients recovering from a stroke.


To support this care, we offer a specialised client safe alert service for added peace of mind.
